Charter communication has a reputation score for some of their IPs and it is causing cloudflare to block their IP. Somewhere, their IPs were involved in bad behavior or incident that triggered their IPs to be of potential concern and is causing us (old national) to not allow them to log in. Charter needs to correct.

Called Charter - they reset something? but said they got the same IP address again - asked me to try again anyways, and it worked - he thinks maybe a large area was blocked and as they narrow down where the threat is, they unblock areas so maybe mine was initially blocked?

but IP did change to: 35.130.91.27
