- Peal potatoes
- Slice potatoes - thin slices

- whisk together till compleetely smooth, like pancakke batter texture
- incorporate cheese (save some to sprinkle on top)
- add a lil pepper
- butter the pan
- layer goop, potatoe
- top with cheese
- check on it in an hour-ish, heres took 1.5 hrs (should be crispy brown arond the edges)
