    • incorporate cheese (save some to sprinkle on top)
    • add a lil pepper
  3. butter the pan
  4. layer goop, potatoe
  5. top with cheese
  6. check on it in an hour-ish, heres took 1.5 hrs (should be crispy brown arond the edges)
