Microneedling
- https://www.ageing-disgracefully.com/ Check out these videos. She is wonderful at explaining do it yourself stuff at home. If you have your Dr.Pen, you just need a serum to make your skin “slippery” for the needle. I use biostimulators but you can use anything like Vit C or whatever. Start on the lowest setting. I just use low settings for skin rejuvenation. You would have to use higher settings if you are wanting resurfacing like for acne scars etc. I tend to use a product called Curanex when I do my micro needling but it’s generally only available from South Korean beauty sites

- I've been dying my eyebrows with this $3 dye for.. years and years, at this point. I usually get away with 6-8 weeks between dyes. I just mix and apply to dry brows using a spoolie, making sure to get all the way to the root of the hairs. Then I use the spoolie again when I wash out the dye, to help remove the dye from my skin. Without it, no one would see my eyebrows because they're so light, despite how thick they are. But whenever I've freshly dyed them, I'm much more comfortable going makeup free

Lashes
Latisse - growth serum
- Generic latisse is $45/3 bottles where I get it,
R&F eyelash serum before bed every day and get lash lifts monthly to never have to wear mascara
caster oil (and on brows)
Lash lift
- 4-8 weeks or 12 weeks
- can fry your lashes if left on for too long
- they can fry the lash hairs depending on the solution/time ratio. There are amino acid based lifts that will actually repair damaged lashes. I always recommend that type of lift first before going to the harsher lifts with Thioglycolic.

- I watched some TikTok videos on how to do it and have done it twice now. This kit is nice bc you can use it multiple times since the containers close. It’s also what everyone seems to use on TT. Second time was definitely faster and easier!

Lip
lip stain
-
Nars Powermatte Lip Pigment -- this one is pigmented like a lipstick but it STAYS. I apply it very sparingly so it looks more like a stain than a full on lipstick. Literally just a couple of dots on your lips and then blend/dab/brush it in. That's all you need, it goes a LONG way.
-
Ink Velvet Airy -- this one is available on Amazon, but it also stays very well. They have non Airy versions but the Airy is a bit more of a tint than a stain and I like that look better.
-
The Balm lip stain. Love this one. Looks super natural and just rosy. So good.

i get gel extensions (i bite my natural nails bc anxiety) every 6 weeks. i keep them on for two weeks and i get a pedicure every 2 weeks. my gel nails aren't long bc i type a lot in uni but i keep a nail brush at my sink. before touching my face i always brush under my nails, makes a massive difference if you're prone to breakouts. i don't trust myself with my own nails so i always go to a salon. i do give myself pedicures at home for my feet though!
Teeth
whitened by 4d laser once every 1-2 years and cleaned professionally at a dentist every 6 months
- zoom whitened teeth
whiten my teeth honestly really often using the opalescence whitening gel. My teeth are super white because of this. I use it 10 days in a row and it virtually eliminates all color (dentist told me to do it this way).

Hair: "have type 3b curly hair so i get hair trims every 2-3 months for my split ends. i wash my hair twice a week. i'm really trying to grow out my hair before the summer, right now it's at my bra length but i want it to be past my chest. i put a mix of grapeseed oil, rosemary oil, pumpkin seed oil, and jojoba oil in a bottle, i use a dropper to put some over my scalp. it helped my hair grow sooo much. i started in early october, my hair length was just above the beginning of the bra line over my chest and it's grown 5 inches since then. i use the ouai hair oil at night on the other parts of my hair. on wash days, i use the k18 mask 1x a week and the olaplex no. 3 the second wash day, i also use the fable and mane holiroots pre wash oil, a bit of the ordinary's glycolic acid on my scalp for dandruff, and i use a clarifying hair wash once a week for buildup (either nizoral from a pharmacy or ouai's detox shampoo) i follow up with a hydrating shampoo, deep conditioner, then conditioner. after the shower i use a microfiber towel and the products i use are the hair hyaluronic acid from the inkey list, ouai hair oil or olaplex oil, and olaplex no. 6. if i'm styling my hair with a diffuser, i use a heat protectant cream. my favorite haircare brands are gisou, ouai, fable & mane (favorite ever), briogeo, olaplex, k18."
k18, olaplex, oiling… my wash day routine (every 2-3 days) takes me 2 hours, if I have time, then it might take up to 4 hours (pre-oiling; shampooing twice for at least 2 minutes, hair mask for around 1-3 hours, conditioner for like 30min, leave in but making sure I coat every single little strand so it takes time).
- I have bunch of masks that I alternate: amika soul food, garnier cocoa butter, davines oi butter, briogeo deep conditioning mask. For conditioner im currently using garnier oat delicacy but it’s not my favorite, I prefer masks
- Abbey Yung on YouTube has a lot of helpful videos regarding this topic. Any advice I have gotten from her regarding products or routines has been a win.
- Abbey yung and blowdry professor are my favorite YouTubers regarding hair care but sometimes they contradict to one another, I trust abbey more so I recommend watching her. To give you a step by step would take me a while lol, but I follow these rules mostly: every single wash day I try to use a mask for an hour but if I can’t then at least conditioner for 20 min, I always double shampoo (my fav shampoo is olaplex, my hair is very dry so it suits me wonderfully but I wouldn’t recommend this shampoo if you’re extremely oily and have thin hair); always always use a leave in conditioner (my fav is its a 10 miracle leave in with pink cap, it also has heat protection. I use it when I don’t use heat as well), I air dry my hair to get it like 70% dry then apply some hair oil, then dry it with a blow drier (NOT a blowout, just regularly) then adding some more oil on ends, then leaving as it is or doing heartless curls or just braiding it,If I do a blowout then I also air dry it like 70% (I rarely do blowouts because I noticed my hair breaking off from it). My absolute game changer was adding k18 to my routine. Firstly using it 6 times in a row (only shampoo, no conditioner, leaving it for at least 4min then doing regular routine with leave in), now i use it every 4-5 wash day. I also really like to use it this way: shampooing my hair twice, adding k18 for 20 min, then wetting my hair again (not rinsing the k18), adding mask, waiting for an hour or so, washing it off and conditioner for 20 min. Then following with regular routine with leave in and oil. This is like my ultimate hair wash day routine. I learned it from abbey and even k18 people approved that you only need to leave k18 for 4 mins to do it’s job and it’s not necessary to use it as a leave in (you can wash it off). I still sometimes use olaplex nr3 but I won’t repurchase after I finish my last bottle because I didn’t really notice significant difference with it (k18 is much better), also I always have to use mask or conditioner after it because it kinda makes my hair dry. If I really don’t have time I very much like using lameral waters (my fav is garnier pineapple hair drink), I shampoo my hair twice, add hair drink, squish for 30sek and wash it off and continuing with leave in and oil. Orrrrrr shampooing twice and adding k18 and not washing it, then after 4min continuing with leave in and oils. Hope this helps!
Go to the dermatologist once a year for prescription Spironolactone and Minoxidil oral pill. Keeps my skin completely clear and my hair thick.
